Branching is an important factor affecting the yield of Brassica napus L. For the axillary buds in the middle and lower part of B. napus grown in the field environment, it is generally impossible to develop branches. In order to explore the cause of this phenomenon on the transcription level, we analyzed buds from the top, upper, middle and lower part of B. napus by RNA-Seq.
