Then the genomic DNA was extracted by using a Bacterial Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (Axygen Biosciences, CA, US). The harvested genomic DNA was checked and quantified by 16S rRNA sequence, agarose gel electrophoresis and a Qubit fluorometer (Invitrogen).
