Code and data to reproduce all analyses in O'Dea et al. (2026) "Geomorphic evolution of a Caribbean biological hotspot". Includes Python and R scripts for Holocene and Pleistocene island reconstruction, modern geomorphometric analysis, shallow water habitat dynamics, future sea level rise projections, and exploratory biogeographic correlations using Smithsonian NMNH museum specimen records. Data includes the integrated terrestrial-marine DEM (30 m), island polygons, sea level compilations, sediment accumulation rates, land mask rasters, and collated museum specimen records (n = 11,378).
