About This dataset contains the raw wastewater data used in the study "Real-time outlier detection in digital PCR data for wastewater-based pathogen surveillance".These data are openly shared as part of a multi-pathogen wastewater surveillance program run by the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (Eawag). We kindly thank the members of the Wastewater Monitoring Laboratory, including Timothy R. Julian (lead), Lea Caduff, Sheena Conforti, Seju Kang, Jolinda de Korne-Elenbaas, Charles Gan, Rachel McLeod, Melissa Pitton, Linda Schneider, Nadja Widrig, Nadine Hürlimann, and Anna Wettlauffer, for their contributions to the development of digital PCR assays and their application in ongoing wastewater surveillance.
