3D fluorescence spectra (EEM) of wool fibers dyed with natural dye sources

The dataset contains excitation-emission matrices of wool yarns dyed with different natural substances (plants, fungi, insects) or emodin presented as Excel files, with spectra of background and untreated wool provided for comparison. Some spectra are accompanied by diffuse reflectance spectra. The R code for transformation and visualization of the data is also provided. This dataset is acquired in the course of the following works: "Three-dimensional fluorescence analysis of bloodred webcap (Cortinarius sanguineus) based dye on wool dyed with different methods" by E.
