Aquatic microbial communities from different depth of meromictic Siders Pond, Falmouth, Massachusetts Raw sequence reads

For this study we sampled biogeochemically relevant constituents and gene abundance/expression at only the diel time scale (not seasonal or annual). We collected samples from a single station located at the deepest point in the pond (15 m) over a two day period.
