Data for: Documents, Reanalysis, and Global Circulation Models: A New Method for Reconstructing Historical Climate Focusing on Present-day Inland Tanzania, 1856–1890

This dataset comprises 4 files. Files 1-3 include the indexed measurements of rainfall inferred from qualitative descriptions held in published and unpublished documents for respectively Mpwapwa, Tabora, and Ujiji. File 4 includes the indexed measurements of rainfall for all three locals inferred from the integration of documentary, reanalysis, global circulation model data.
