Bentonite production in Egypt 2011-2019

As of 2019, the volume of bentonite production in Egypt was estimated at 40 thousand metric tons. Compared to 2016, this was a drop from 45.6 thousand metric tons. During the period under review, production of bentonite in the country dropped significantly in 2013 and 2014.
