Impact of Total Quality Management Practices on Organizational Sustainability through Organizational Commitment and Democratic Leadership Scope: This dataset encompasses the variables and data collected to study the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) practices on organizational sustainability. It specifically targets the Pakistani textile industry, exploring how various TQM practices influence sustainability outcomes through the mediating roles of democratic leadership and organizational commitment. Nature: The dataset is primarily quantitative, consisting of an Excel sheet with multiple variables related to TQM practices, democratic leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational sustainability. The variables include consumer voice, employee commitment, top management engagement, education and training, supplier quality management, process flow management, and process monitoring & control. Purpose: The purpose of the dataset is to provide empirical data to investigate the relationships between TQM practices, democratic leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational sustainability. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the study aims to: - Examine the direct effects of democratic leadership and organizational commitment on organizational sustainability. - Analyze the moderating effect of democratic leadership on organizational commitment. - Determine the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between TQM practices and organizational sustainability.
