Decyphering Hardiness

Using artificial neural networks (ANNs) to explore the three hardiness profiles, we found the novelty seeker profile to be associated with the highest burnout levels. Some of the relationships between the stressors and burnout were nonlinear. With ANNs, these relationships were identified as important even though they were not statistically significant in regression analysis.
