The dynamic immune landscape during gastric cancer progression under H.pylori infection

In order to systematically delineate the cellular compositions and the associated molecular characteristics within the gastric mucosa across various GC progression stages, particularly under H.pylori infection, we meticulously analyzed a collection of 21 samples from 21 different patients through single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), including normal mucosa (NM, N=6), atrophic gastritis (AG, N=5), intestinal metaplasia (IM, N=5), and primary gastric cancer (GC, N=5).
