Direct targeted and whole genome sequencing of Toxoplasma gondii. Targeted genome sequencing and whole genome sequencing of Toxoplasma gondii from clinical and animal samples

Until now, whole genome sequencing of Toxoplasma gondii has primarily relied on high-quality genomes obtained from cultured strains. The present project aims to explore and test DNA processing, sequencing, and bioinformatics approaches to generate targeted genome sequencing and whole genome sequencing data from uncultured human and animal samples.
