Exploring the mechanism of action of Anoectochilus roxburghii against colorectal cancer based on network pharmacology and experimental validation

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the most common gastrointestinal malignancy. Anoectochilus roxburghii (AR) is a medicinal and dietary plant with a wide range of pharmacological effects, and there is growing evidence of its potential therapeutic effects on various tumors. Then its mechanism of action on colorectal cancer has not been fully elucidated. Based on network pharmacology and experimental evaluation, the active components and molecular mechanism of action of AR effect on colorectal cancer were explored to provide directions for clinical development of effective drugs for colorectal cancer.
