资源简介:
Bioremediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) is a feasible technique for removal of the hazardous chemicals from contaminated environments. In this study we have obtained a methylotrophic enrichment culture from contaminated manufactured gas plant site soil. The culture can utilize C1 compounds and several methylotrophic substrates, including dimethylformamide. Inoculating the culture into contaminated soils resulted in efficient removal of PAHs.
