Raw ZooMS mass spectra data for "Evaluation of Resin Impregnation for Preserving Organic Residues in Archaeological Soils"

This dataset contains the raw mass spectra data (.mzML format in a .zip archive) for the ZooMS analysis presented in the manuscript "Evaluation of Resin Impregnation for Preserving Organic Residues in Archaeological Soils". The data includes three representative samples from the archaeological bone validation experiment: - S1.mzML: Direct extraction (Initial sample) - S4.mzML: Epoxy resin preserved for 6 months - S13.mzML: Room temperature storage for 6 months These files were used to generate the stacked mass spectra comparison in Figure 8 of the main text. The data were acquired on a Bruker autoflex series MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer.
