Those are the viruses that cause COVID-19 downloaded on 1st Oct 2020. Three groups remained to date. One, on the left-hand side, has been expired.<br>.png files are the scatter plot of the PC1,2 for samples.Excel files are the list of PC1-100 for samples in each continent.<br>RightA.RData contains the axes and average data.sPCbaseSelect.xlsx is the PC for bases.<br><br>R code.txt is the code and explanation.<br>sample.fas and .txt are the sample for the alignment of DNA.Acknowledgement is that for GISAID for the usage of sample data. All the data can be downloaded from GISAID.<br><br>
