Dataset for: Evaluation of genomic and phenomic prediction for application in apple breeding

Restriction site-associated DNA sequencing (RADseq) was applied to samples from the apple breeding program of Agroscope, Waedenswil, Switzerland, to obtain variant calls and evaluate their applicability for genomic prediction.
