Peripheral blood B-cell subsets in HAT and in controls.

Blood was taken from HAT patients and from non-HAT controls before treatment (T = 0 months) and after treatment or at the corresponding time point (T = 7 months). All comparisons were performed with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. B-cells are expressed as percentage of all lymphocytes and all the B-cell subsets are expressed as percentages of B-cells.
