Additive effects of anti-TNF and anti-IL-6 were evaluated in a murine collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model by RNA-seq Collagen-Induced Arthritis was induced in DBA/1 mice by immunizing with chicken type II collagen twice on day 1 and 21. Starting day 21, mice (n=13/group) were treated with either isotype control antibody, anti-TNF antibody, anti-IL-6 antibody, or the combination of the latter twice per week for a total duration of 5 weeks.
