资源简介:
Over three years of study (2019-2021), adult sockeye salmon were radio tagged in the lower Copper River, Alaska, while some individuals were lethally collected both from the lower river and up-river spawning grounds. At the time of tagging or lethal collection, fish were weighed and measured, a small clip of gill tissue was taken, and preserved in RNAlater for genomics-based pathogen analysis conducted by the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) Canada (Dr. Kristi Miller's lab). The dataset consists of a .csv file with columns for sample identifier, collection, and fish attribute information followed by the CT data, which are pathogen cycle threshold values for any of the 19 pathogen assays run on this set of samples. Users of these data should contact the dataset the data originators for further information on applying Limit of Detection (LOD) values. Specific questions about the lab analysis and determination of stressor states should be directed to Dr. Kristi Milller (Kristi.Saunders@dfo-mpo.gc.ca) or Dr. Kristen Gorman (kbgorman@alaska.edu).
