FACES IV Package for Spanish Adolescents

The purpose of the study is to analyze family functioning in Spanish adolescents, through the use of the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale Package (FACES IV). The dataset is made up of the FACES IV Questionnaire (42 items), Family Communication Scale (10 items) and Family Satisfaction Scale (10 items) for 1196 Spanish adolescents, aged 14 to 18 years old. The sample was collected from three main population groups: University, non-university educational centers and adolescents from other juvenile centers. These 3 groups were subdivided into categories, depending on the educational level - for the educational centers - or on the type of problem of the adolescent - for the other juvenile centers-. Other socio-demographic variables and variables related to the management and location of the educational centers were also included.
