收藏资源简介:
This repository provides the ARRIVE 2.0 author checklist and supporting documentation for the study entitled “Stigmasterol from Pluchea indica Leaves Reduces Spermatogenesis and Alters Sperm Morphology in Male Rat: In Vivo and In Silico Study.” The study evaluated the in vivo antifertility effects of stigmasterol isolated from Pluchea indica leaves in adult male Rattus norvegicus, supported by network pharmacology analysis. Twenty-four male rats were allocated into four groups: a control group receiving distilled water/aquades and three treatment groups receiving stigmasterol at 0.25, 0.5, and 0.75 mg/kg body weight for 45 days via oral gavage. The main outcomes included spermatogenic cell counts, sperm morphology, and histological observations of reproductive tissues. The ARRIVE checklist was completed to improve transparency, reproducibility, and ethical reporting of animal research. This repository also serves as an extended data record to support compliance with F1000Research reporting requirements, including documentation of study design, animal housing and husbandry, experimental procedures, outcome measures, statistical analysis, and data access information. The materials are provided to allow readers, reviewers, and editors to assess the reliability and completeness of the animal research reporting.
