The data consists of the outdoor group (experimental group) and indoor group (control group) of which measurements on 1 week pre test, immediate measurements after each sessions (totally four sessions), 1 week post (only for DASS-21) and 1 month post. Apart from the psychological tests, there is three constructed items regarding (1) frequency of visits to nature with family and friends for 45 minutes or above, (2) frequency of visits to nature on one's own for 45 minutes or above, (3) methods of emotional / stress coping (this variable is later recoded as whether the subject has treated nature exposure as emotional or stress coping).
