The Citywide Service Inventory is the most comprehensive view of the services offered by the City & County of San Francisco. A public facing service is when a department provides a product or information in response to a customer request. A customer can be anyone who the City & County of San Francisco serves including residents, businesses, visitors and anyone else.
<strong>B. HOW THE DATASET IS CREATED</strong>
All information was validated or provided by Department leadership in September-October of 2020.
