Guests more likely to stay at hotels with self-service technology worldwide 2022

During a 2022 survey, almost 50 percent of respondents said that they somewhat agreed that they would be more likely to stay at a hotel with self-service technology that minimizes contact with staff. Meanwhile, only 6.5 percent of the survey sample strongly disagreed with this sentiment.
