Dataset for: Synanthropy and ecological aspects of Sarcophaginae (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) in three ecological areas in the Andean Amazon, Florencia, Caquetá, Colombia

This dataset contains the occurrence and abundance records of adult Sarcophaginae collected in three ecological areas of Florencia, Caquetá, Colombia. The data were generated during standardized field sampling using different bait types and were used in the analyses presented in the associated manuscript entitled "Synanthropy and ecological aspects of Sarcophaginae (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) in three ecological areas in the Andean Amazon, Florencia, Caquetá, Colombia". The dataset includes taxonomic, spatial, temporal, and sampling information necessary to reproduce the analyses reported in the manuscript.
