Between June 2021 and May 2022, a total of 61 (N=31 with BV and N=30 without BV) participants enrolled in a cross-sectional study of BV. Of those 61 women, 21 (N=9 with BV and N=12 without BV) contributed samples that generated messenger RNA sequencing (mRNA-Seq) data. ]]>
