ProbeSets differentially expressed between strains/lines or showing AHR-dependent effects were identified using linear models and subjected to Gene Ontology enrichment analysis to identify specific pathways or functions modulated. A selection of enriched GO terms is shown. The numeric values are log10 P-values for enrichment of the GO term. For example, a value of −3 indicates a 0.001 probability that the observed enrichment occurred by chance alone. Each column corresponds to a separate contrast, either of two strains (e.g. H/W vs. L-E or L-E vs. S-D) or of the AHR-dependent genes.
