To model human somitogenesis in vitro, we developped a 3D model called Somitoid. We performed RNA sequencing on cells from different time points to characterize the transcriptional profiles. Samples are either all cells from different time points of differentiation (48h, 66h, 120h), or FACS-enriched cell portions based on differential MESP2 and UNCX gene expression levels; Three replicas for each sample.
