Acrossocheilus longipinnis Raw sequence reads

Here, we firstly report a high-quality, chromosome-scale Acrossocheilus longipinnis reference genome sequence of 936.04 Mb, with a contig N50 of 36.09 Mb, which was assembled by combining PacBio HiFi reads and Hi-C sequencing data. Repetitive sequences accounted for 59.09% of the assembly length, and 24,718 protein-coding genes were annotated.
