E. coli MG1655 was culitvated under anaerobic conditions in presence of the distal gut microbiome of three different human donors and an antibiotic for 7 days with daily transfers. The microbiome of each microcosm was investigated by 16s rRNA gene amplicon sequencing at time points 0h, 24h and 168h.
