All sequenced soil samples were taken from an landfill bioreactor for old leachate treatment, with different operational parameters. Samples were taken from both upper and bottom sections of this reactor to show how the microbial community changed along with the variation of working conditions. The extracted DNA were sequenced by Miseq platform.
