BLL effect on P. expansum colonisation of apple fruits

We investigated the response of apple fruit infected with Penicillium expansum to blue led light (BLL) after 9 h at 25 deg.C. The study comprises samples of artificially wounded apples irradiated with BLL, artificially wounded apples kept in the dark, P. expansum inoculated apples irradiated with BLL, P. expansum inoculated apples kept in the dark, P. expansum grown on malt extract agar (MEA) irradiated with BLL, P. expansum grown on MEA kept in the dark. The RNA sequencing was performed using IonTorrent Proton system.
