This repository contains MATLAB (R2022b) scripts used to preprocess and analyze single-unit recordings from the inferior colliculus in Grin2B+/−, VPA, and control rat models. The analysis pipeline is implemented in scr_populationanalysisautismpaper.m and population_analysis_revised.m. The workflow includes preprocessing of electrophysiological data and statistical analysis using generalized linear mixed-effects models, together with post hoc contrasts to assess group differences.
