This dataset represents the integrated immune cell atlas analyzed in the scHDeepInsight study. Batch effects across datasets were corrected using STACAS, resulting in a harmonized reference comprising 15 major immune cell types and 50 annotated subtypes. This reference provides a standardized framework for immune cell annotation and downstream analyses across heterogeneous single-cell datasets.
