资源简介:
This dataset presents a targeted mutation analysis of conserved functional motifs A, C, F, and G in the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (nsp12) of SARS-CoV-2. The study is based on 3106 global sequences collected between January and April 2025 , aligned to the Wuhan-Hu-1 reference genome.Using motif-specific alignment and consensus calling, I identified high-frequency mutations across the four key domains of nsp12:Motif A (RdRp active site)Motif C (NTP-binding region)Motif F (Palm domain)Motif G (Finger domain)Mutation tables include:Nucleotide positionReference and alternate basesCodon start/endAmino acid changeMutation type (synonymous / non-synonymous)These findings provide insight into ongoing sequence variation in functionally critical regions of the viral polymerase and may support future monitoring of RdRp evolution and drug resistance trends. All files are structured for reuse and include per-motif mutation tables derived from Jan to Apr 2025 global data.
