This study examined 41 gastric tissue samples at different pathological stages, including low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (LGIN), high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HGIN), early gastric cancer (EGC) and matched adjacent gastritis samples, to define the characteristics of the infiltrating TCRβ repertoire during gastric carcinogenesis using deep sequencing analyses.
