This dataset tracks when individual operating locations of newly formed U.S. businesses first appear online, using signals derived from web presence detection and earliest recorded customer reviews.

While corporate registrations and brand-level data indicate intent, operating-level digital signals reveal when and where a business location is actually open and serving customers. These signals frequently emerge days, weeks, or months after formal filings and provide a highly accurate view of real-world business activity.

Each record represents a specific operating location and includes:
- The timestamp of its earliest observed customer review
- The timestamp of the last observed operating status
- The timestamp of the first transaction date

These indicators confirm that a location is active, customer-facing, and generating economic activity.
