本数据集所用火龙果样本采自标准化种植果园，选取发育阶段一致的果实，取果皮。样本采集后立即置于液氮中速冻，保存于-80°C超低温冰箱，以最大限度保持RNA的完整性。样本经质检确认RNA完整性指数（RIN值）>7，满足空间转录组学实验要求。The pitaya samples used in this dataset were collected from standardized cultivation orchards. Fruits at consistent developmental stages were selected, and the peel was harvested. After collection, the samples were immediately flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored in a -80°C ultra-low temperature freezer to maximize RNA integrity. Quality control confirmed that the RNA Integrity Number (RIN) value of the samples was >7, meeting the requirements for spatial transcriptomics experiments.
