Methylome Analysis of Arabidopsis Seedlings Exposed to Microgravity

DNA methylation is a very important kind of epigenetic modification and is participated in many biological functions. Although many researches have reported in various plant species, the study of global DNA methylation pattern challenged with microgravity conditions is quite few. In this report, at single-base resolution, we mapped the Arabidopsis genome methylation patterns changes in associated with microgravity condition on board of the spacecraft SJ-10 mission in China.
