Annotation data needed for running FLAMES.Please make sure unpack the annotation files with:tar -xzvf Annotation_data.tar.gz -C /path/to/extract , where /path/to/extract is the location where you want the files exctracted to. The gtex_v8_ts_avg_log2TPM.txt can be used for generating the tissue-type specific MAGMA results. For a more detailed explanation see github.com/Marijn-Schipper/FLAMES
