收藏资源简介:
This repository contains publicly available aggregate data and reproducibility materials supporting the article entitled “Depression, Anxiety and Stress Symptoms in Early Pregnancy: A Cross-Sectional Study of Women Attending Primary Healthcare Centres in Makassar, Indonesia.” The study included 438 first-trimester pregnant women after four highly probable duplicate submissions were removed from 442 complete responses. The repository includes aggregate participant characteristics, prevalence and severity of depression, anxiety and stress symptoms, symptom co-occurrence, adjusted prevalence ratios from modified Poisson regression with robust standard errors, internal consistency results, correlation results, the DASS-21 electronic scoring map, the analysis specification, data documentation and analysis code. No participant-level pregnancy or mental-health data are included in this public record. The repository contains no names, telephone numbers, exact submission timestamps, healthcare-facility identifiers or other direct identifiers. The materials are provided to support transparency, reproducibility and reuse in accordance with the FAIR Data Principles. The public files are licensed under CC BY 4.0, subject to the conditions stated in the repository. The de-identified participant-level dataset underlying the study is deposited separately under restricted access because it contains sensitive individual-level pregnancy and mental-health information.
