Whole Genome Sequencing of Lambs (Ovis aries), kids (Capra hircus), Lactating goats (Capra hircus), Heifers (Bos taurus)

This study explores the versatile applications of culturable facultative anerobic bacteria from the unique rumen ecosystem of lambs, kids, lactating goats and heifers. Utilizing a whole genome sequencing approach, the research seeks for isolating facultative ruminal bacteria, delving into their genetic capabilities for biotechnological advancements and establishing a comprehensive database containing their full-length CAZymes, facilitating their potential industrial and medical utilization.
