Data for A Gentle Push: Fine-Tuning Foundation Models for Complex Oxide Surface Reconstructions

The archive "supplementary_data.tar.gz" contains structures, training and test data, models, and scripts obtained and reported in the study:"A Gentle Push: Fine-Tuning Foundation Models for Complex Oxide Surface Reconstructions". The Python package `ftmlip` was included to facilitate the scripts. Three evolution trajectories were visualized using Ovito and are provided in mp4 format.
