Genome-wide transcriptome analysis of whole brain (Except for the cerebellum and olfactory bulb) in CBA/N mouse (Mus musculus)

We compared the gene expression of whole brain (Exclusion of cerebellum and olfactory bulb) in CBA/N mouse (Mus musculus) between 4-week-feeding under winter-like condition and summer-like condition using RNA-seq. Overall design: To compare expression profile between winter and summer, we collected whole brain from CBA/N male and female mice (Mus musculus) kept under winter-like condition (Light: Dark=8:16, 10?) and summer-like condition (Light: Dark=16:8, 30?) for 4 weeks, and performed RNA-seq analysis.
