Seedance 2.5 free-tier observations

A dated record of what each channel actually grants on the Seedance 2.5 free tier. Each of the 22 observations carries the channel it came from, the date it was observed, and how it was obtained. Covered: daily free credits and daily generation caps by channel, sign-up bonuses and launch promotions, maximum single-clip length, extension ceiling, output resolution as stated by the vendor versus as advertised by hosting platforms, watermark behaviour on free and paid tiers, API availability, error codes seen in practice, and how failures are billed. Where two observations disagree they are both retained rather than averaged, so the dataset records the disagreement instead of resolving it. No value is estimated or interpolated; where a figure could not be confirmed against a primary source, the source_type column and the note column say so. Deliberately excluded: price per generation (prices change and the credit-to-generation conversion is not published anywhere verifiable), any ranking of models, and scraped marketing copy.
