This study investigates the role of INTS6, a critical subunit of the Integrator complex, in neurodevelopmental disorders. We generated CUT&Tag and RIP-seq datasets from mouse cortical tissues and human neuronal cell models with INTS6 deficiency to assess RNA polymerase II occupancy, chromatin binding profiles, and INTS6-associated RNA targets. These datasets support the mechanistic findings that INTS6 regulates transcriptional control and RNA processing during neurodevelopment.
