Prtg+ve Rhombic Lip Ventricular Zone Stem Cells Initiate and Maintain Group 3 Medulloblastoma [mouse_tumours_bulk]

We identified a putative marker of cell of origin in Gr3 medulloblastomas using single cell studies on patient samples Overall design: We transformed the Prtg+ve hind brain cells at e9.5 with following oncogenic aberrations -Myc and Tp53 inhibition or Myc and dominant negative form of Tp53 (Tp53DN). These cells were injected into the cerebellum of NSG mice, and the tumors were dissected out after they reach humane end point.
