Transcriptome sequencing of Serratia sp. strain EWG9 grown in minimal salt medium (using potassium nitrate as sole nitrogen source).

RNAseq analysis was performed to evaluate the differences in gene expression patterns between bacterial strain EWG9 cells grown in minimal salt media using two different sole nitrogen sources. In this study, Serratia sp. strain EWG9 cells were grown in minimal salt medium (using potassium nitrate as sole nitrogen source), for 3hrs before harvesting.
