This file contains water quality data collected by Western Washington University's Shannon Point Marine Center in Anacortes Washington USA from 1974 through 2023. The data include measurements of temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, dissolved carbon dioxide, pH, nitrate+nitrite, <i>ortho</i>-phosphate, ammonium, chlorophyll, phaeopigments, turbidity, total alkalinity, and carbonate alkalinity. Not all measurements were made during the entire 50 years the data were collected. Although the data provided here are through the end of 2023, the program continues, and more recent data may be obtained by emailing SPMC at [e-mail].
